Cristelli, Colorado United States I love gnocchi and with this machine it is a snap.My aunt has one she bought 20 years ago and it still works great. Just make sure you follow the recipe included with the machine. Make sure you don't have sticky dough or I promise you will never want to try it again. I will be buying more of these to give to our daughters.
